An Act relative to creditable service for Robert Iantosca, an employee of the Department of Revenue.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the state retirement board is hereby directed to grant two (2) years, two (2) months and twenty Six (26) day of creditable service to Mr. Robert Iantosca, an employee of the Department of Revenue, for the period beginning January 2, 1997 through March 27, 1999. 

Section 2: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is hereby directed to reimburse the state pension fund an amount equal to any and all payments that Mr. Iantosca would have made to the pension fund during the period beginning January 2, 1997 through March 27, 1999, including any interest owed.

Section 3: The state retirement board is hereby further directed to grant Mr. Iantosca full credit for all funds reimbursed by the Commonwealth.
