An Act relative to retirement survivor benefits for George C. Axiotis.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the state board of retirement shall allow Paula A. Carey living at 28 Brayton Road, Boston, MA 02135 to be nominated as an eligible option (d) beneficiary by George C. Axiotis, an employee of the trial court, as provided under section 12 of chapter 32.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
