An Act relative to civil service protections for certain state employees.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 4I of chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The commission shall afford all rights and privileges afforded by chapter 31 to an employee of the commonwealth who has been employed for 3 or more years.
