An Act relative to the legal list of investments.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 15 of chapter 167 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the first sentence by inserting after the words “investment committee” the following:-

, which shall include a member appointed by the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurers Association,

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
