An Act relative to National Guard benefits.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 4 subsection (h) of chapter 32 of the General Laws of the 2016 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after line 166 the following sentence:-

“Any member of the National Guard or Active Reserve that has served a minimum of twenty years shall be eligible for state pension benefits regardless of the type of service performed.”
