An Act exempting public school stadiums from certain state regulations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 142 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 13, the following new section:-
Section 13A. For the purposes of preventing unnecessary additional expenses to municipalities and school districts, public school athletic stadiums built prior to 2010 for the use of K-12 populations are exempt from Uniform State Plumbing Code 248 CMR 10.10:18.
