An Act increasing the fuel tax by 5 cents per gallon.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 64A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 102, by striking out the figure “24” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 29.
