An Act relative to stabilization fund withdrawals.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 2H of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by inserting, in the first paragraph, after “affecting state revenues” the following:--

; provided, such determination by the general court shall require a two-thirds vote of the senate and the house of representatives.
