An Act regulating of pipelines.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 164 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 75I. Any natural gas that travels though transmission line piping though a transmission gas line in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts must be used in, and only in, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
