An Act relative to third party payment processors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 62C of the General Laws is hereby amended in Section 8 by inserting the following:
The minimum threshold for reporting income shall match the federal guidelines for form 1099-K.
