An Act relative to income tax rates.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended in section 4 by striking subsection (b), inclusive, and inserting in place thereof the following:-
(b) Part B taxable income shall be taxed at the rate of 5.3 per cent for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2019.
