An Act relative to film tax credit transferability.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 584-585, the words “, any costs related to the transfer of tax credits”.
SECTION 2. Said section 6 of said chapter 62, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out paragraph (5) of subsection (l).
SECTION 3. Section 38X of chapter 63, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 40-41, the words “, any costs related to the transfer of tax credits”.
SECTION 4. Said section 38X of said chapter 63, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out subsection (e).
