An Act relative to alcoholic beverage sales.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after section 33B, the following new section:-
Section 33C. Establishments currently holding a license to sell alcohol to be drunk on the premises shall be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages or alcohol at a discounted price, provided that such beverages are listed at a discounted price for at least three week days between Sunday to Wednesday, inclusive.”
