An Act relative to government publications.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The first paragraph of section 1 of chapter 5 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-  All such publications shall be written for a grade 6 literacy level.
