An Act relative to the right to cure provision in franchise agreements.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 25E of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words, in line 14, “one hundred and twenty” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “ninety”.
