An Act relative to solar energy.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1A of Chapter 164 as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition is hereby amended in clause (f) by striking out in the first sentence the figure “35” and inserting in place thereof the following figure “1000”.
Said clause is further amended by striking in the first sentence the words “December 31, 2016 and are constructed prior to December 31, 2017” and inserting in place thereof the words:- “December 31, 2020, and are constructed by December 31, 2030.”
