An Act to promote the use of bio-diesel.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 94 section 295G1/2 of chapter 94 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2016 official edition, is hereby amended in subsection 3 by striking in line 102 the figure “2” and inserting in place thereof “20”.
SECTION 2. Chapter 94 section 295G1/2 of chapter 94 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2016 official edition, is hereby amended in subsection 3 by striking in line 104 the date “July 1, 2010” and inserting in place thereof “January 1, 2025”
SECTION 3. Chapter 94 section 295G1/2 of chapter 94 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2016 official edition, is hereby amended in subsection 3 by striking the last sentence of the first paragraph of subsection 3.
SECTION 4. Chapter 94 section 295G1/2 of chapter 94 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2016 official edition, is hereby amended in subsection 3 by striking the second paragraph of subsection 3 in its entirety.
