An Act relative to the cultural council grant provision requirements.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 54 of Chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following:-

Notwithstanding any rules or regulations to the contrary, the council shall require any organization applying for a grant through which the council reviews, to disclose any monies accepted directly or indirectly from a foreign body outside of the United States of America.
