An Act ensuring equitable access to subway and bus service.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 61 of chapter 46 of the acts of 2013 is hereby amended in paragraph (d) by inserting at the end, the following:-
No fare on the heavy rail, light rail, or bus system shall vary in amount as a result of distance traveled by a rider, or any proxy thereof.
