An Act regarding RMV legislation hearing fee reimbursements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 24 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new subsection:- (5) If a defendant, whose license has been suspended due to a violation under this section, is found innocent, the RMV will pay said defendant a twenty-five dollar hearing fee reimbursement.
