An Act designating a certain bridge in the city of Framingham as the Deanna K. Richards memorial bridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Winter Street Bridge numbered F-07-015 located in Framingham, Massachusetts, shall be designated and known as the Deanna K. Richards Memorial Bridge, in honor and recognition of US Air Force Senior Airman Deanna K. Richards, born in Framingham, a life-long resident of Ashland, a graduate of Suffolk University, deployed to Kuwait from January to June 2015, who died on January 20th, 2017, at 26 years of age while on active duty at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
