An Act relative to school bus equipment.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION XX. Chapter 90, section 7B is amended by adding at the end the following, “All school bus vehicles having permanent seating accommodating fifteen passengers or more shall be equipped with front dashboard video cameras with recording and storage capabilities for the purpose of recording traffic incidences. Video cameras must be fully functioning.
