An Act relative to maximizing resources for transportation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of section 2ZZZ of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:-
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 5C or any other general or special law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, no amount, including but not limited to any surplus, shall be transferred from the fund except pursuant to an appropriation.
