An Act relative to funeral processions and fines.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 14A of chapter 85 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in subsection (d) (4) at the end thereof the following :-"violations of sections (1) through (4) of subsection (d) shall be punishable by a fine of fifty dollars."
SECTION 2. Section 42 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
