An Act to add law enforcement councils to the registration of motor vehicles and trailers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “town” in paragraph 8, line 5 the following words, “or Law Enforcement Council as defined in section 4J of chapter 40 of the General Laws”.
SECTION 2: Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “board” in paragraph 8, line 6 the following words, “Law Enforcement Council”.
