SECTION 1. Section 8 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after line 311, the following new paragraph:-
An applicant for a license who is over the age of twenty-one may volunteer to place a symbol indicating their age restriction for the consumption of alcohol on their license. The registry shall promulgate rules and regulations on the nature of the license symbol.
