An Act protecting veterans' finances.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 205 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official edition, is hereby amended by striking out section 9 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
Section 9. Sureties on probate bonds shall be inhabitants of the commonwealth, and satisfactory to the judge or register; except that companies permitted by section 105 of chapter 175 to act as sureties may be accepted in accordance with the provisions thereof.
