An Act relative to expunged records not to be available for inspection.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of section 100Q of chapter 276 of the General Laws, as appearing in section 195 of chapter 69 of the acts of 2018, is hereby amended by striking out the section in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
Section 100Q. No person shall make records expunged pursuant to section 100F, section 100G, section 100H or section 100K available for inspection in any form by any person.
