An Act relative to forfeiture.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
“Provided however, if the amount of marijuana recovered or seized is ten pounds or more, then the marijuana accessories shall be subject to forfeiture by the Commonwealth pursuant to section 47 of chapter 94C.”
