An Act to aid the administration of the Probate and Family Court Department.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 23B of Chapter 217 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by deleting the words "shall" and "no" in line number 10 and inserting the word "may" following the word "and" in said line number 10.
