An Act relative to small claims.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 21 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 official edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 6 the figures:- “$7,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures:- “$10,000” and in said section by striking in line 41 the figures:- “$7,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures:- “$10,000”
