An Act relative to regulating the percentage retained for marketing expenses by a non-profit telemarketer agent.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 24 of chapter 68 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- No person who has been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude shall act as a professional solicitor at any time.
