An Act to promote alcohol storage space.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 20 of Chapter 138 as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after line 37 the following:

An establishment licensed under section fifteen of chapter one hundred and thirty-eight is hereby permitted under this section to store its licensed alcoholic beverages in a licensed and bonded warehouse. Said licensee shall only be permitted to use the hereinabove described stored licensed alcoholic beverages on such licensee's premises in the normal course of business and such licensed alcoholic beverages shall not be for resale to other establishments licensed under this chapter.
