An Act relative to the trafficking of W-18.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 32E of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as amended by chapter 136 of the acts of 2015, is hereby further amended by inserting after subsection (c 1/2) the following subsection:-
(c 3/4) Any person who trafficks in W-18, by knowingly or intentionally manufacturing, distributing, dispensing or possessing with intent to manufacture, distribute or dispense or by bringing into the commonwealth a net weight of more than 10 grams of W-18 shall be punished by a term of imprisonment in state prison for not more than 20 years.
For purposes of this subsection, “W-18” shall include any derivative of W-18 and any mixture containing more than 10 grams of W-18 or a derivative of W-18.
