An Act for legislation to prohibit smoking within 100 feet of a public monument or memorial.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Subsection (b) of section 22 of chapter 270 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following clause:-

(4) A person shall not smoke within 100 feet of a public monument or memorial.
