An Act expanding the open container law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: the first paragraph of Section 24I of Chapter 90 of the general laws is hereby amended by adding after “liquid” the following “and/or other substances”
Section 2: Subsection (b) of Section 24I of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by adding after “Alcoholic Beverage” the following “, Marijuana, or any Marijuana derived product”
Section 3: subsection (d) of Section 24I of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by adding after “Alcoholic Beverage” the following “, Marijuana, or any Marijuana derived product”
