An Act authorizing safe and secure grow facilities.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1 of Chapter 94G of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following definition:-

“Alternative Safe and Secure Rental Grow Facility”, a monitored, secure facility with secure, locked, individually air-sealed and segregated personal plant grow spaces dedicated to each tenant.

Section 7 of Chapter 94G is hereby amended by inserting after “primary residence” the following:-

or within an alternative safe and secure rental grow facility
