An Act to restore continuity for the siting of marijuana facilities in the cities and towns.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 94G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding the following new section:—
Section 3 ½ . Transparency in the Siting of Marijuana Facilities
(a) All cities and towns in the Commonwealth shall adhere to the same process for approving the Host Community Agreement notwithstanding the results of the vote in the statewide referendum.
