An Act to further continue the special commission on operating under the influence.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Section 50 of Chapter 55 of the Acts of 2017 is hereby amended by striking subsection (c) in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

(c) The special commission shall continuously meet for a period determined necessary by the chair, and shall annually submit a report and any recommendations for legislation with the clerks of the house of representatives and senate.
