An Act further regulating the promotion of marijuana and marijuana products.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 55 of the acts of 2017, is hereby further amended by striking out, clause (6) in subsection xxix of subsection a(1/2), and inserting in place thereof the following words:-
a prohibition on advertising, marketing and branding through promotional items, including giveaways, coupons, discounts, “free” or “donated” marijuana, and certain other identified promotional items as determined by the commission.
