An Act relative to possession and consumption of marijuana or marijuana accessories.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 55 of the acts of 2017, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “bus,”, in line 40, the following words:- "in a daycare center, in any facility where children commonly congregate", and by striking in line 40, “in any youth center”.
