An Act relative to marijuana open container laws.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Subsection (d) of Section 13 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking at the end thereof the word "passenger." and inserting in place thereof the following:- passenger, provided that violations of subsection (d) shall be a civil motor vehicle infraction written on a Massachusetts Uniform Citation. Violations of this subsection shall not be a surchargeable event for the purposes of determining motor vehicle insurance premiums.
SECTION 2. Subsection (g) of said section 13 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word "to" in line 1 the following:- subsections (a), (b), (c), (e) and (f) of
