An Act protecting patients.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

MGL Ch. 94I, Sec 2(b)(2) shall be amended by inserting after the words,

“A qualifying patient or a personal caregiver shall not be,”

the words,

“penalized in any manner, or denied any right or privilege, including protection under G.L. c.151B, and shall not be”
