An Act expanding the use of organic pest control.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
MGL Ch 132B, Sec. 6, shall be amended by adding the following:
Biological agents for control of mold, mildew and pests on cannabis may be applied when consistent with federal labeling applicable to flowering plants and food products.
