An Act relative to host community agreements with marijuana related establishments.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Subsection (d) of section 3 of chapter 94G, as appearing in section 25 of chapter 55 of the acts of 2017, is hereby amended by striking out the words “be reasonably related to the costs imposed upon the municipality by the operation of the marijuana establishment or medical marijuana treatment center and shall”.
