An Act authorizing the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to acquire certain parcels of land in the town of Needham now under the care and control of the Department of Conservation and Recreation

By Ms. Garlick of Needham, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Denise C. Garlick that the commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance be authorized to convey certain parcels of land in the town of Needham. State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide forthwith for the exchange of certain parcels of land in the town of Needham, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
