An Act relative to sick time benefits for Frank Ray.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Frank Ray, currently an employee of the department of early education and care, shall be credited with 300 hours of sick time, which he lost on March 14, 2008 when he changed positions from a non-bargaining unit within the office of the state auditor to a bargaining unit within the department of early education and care.
