An Act designating a certain area in the South Boston section of the City of Boston in memory of John J. Mullen.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Department of Conservation and Recreation shall designate at the gazebo structure, and land contained, adjacent to the World War II memorial at the Castle Island Reservation within the South Boston section of the city of Boston, in the memory of John J. Mullen. The Department shall consult with the Mullen family to design, erect, and maintain a suitable marker in compliance with the standards of the department.
