An Act amending certain liquor licenses in the town of Winchester.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 123 of the acts of 2009 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the figure “70” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 24.

SECTION 2. Section 1 of chapter 183 of the acts of 1996 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the words “one hundred” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 24.

SECTION 3. Notwithstanding section 11 of chapter 138 of the General Laws and chapter 908 of the acts of 1977, the licensing authority of the town of Winchester may grant the licenses for all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises authorized pursuant to said chapter 908 of the acts of 1977 to restaurants having a seating capacity of not less than 24 persons.
