An Act relative to the charter school reimbursement rate for the town of Foxborough.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION l. Notwithstanding section 89 of chapter 71 of the General Laws, the department of elementary and secondary education shall reimburse the town of Foxborough for charter school pupils at a charter school reimbursement rate of 100 per cent per pupil.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
